Type: Continuous Trap Card

Effect: If you control a “Red-Eyes” monster, except “Red-Eyes B. Chick”: You can target 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. If this card in your possession is destroyed by an opponent’s card effect and sent to your Graveyard: You can target 1 “Red-Eyes” monster in your Graveyard, except “Red-Eyes B. Chick”; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of “Return of the Red-Eyes” once per turn.

And what a return it is, Red-Eyes monsters allow this card to bring out  any normal monster you have in your graveyard once a turn no mater what the level, giving the Red-Eyes deck quite the resurrection power. As a bonus if this card is destroyed by your opponent you can reborn yet another Red-Eyes monster from the grave, makeing your opponent think twice about getting rid of it.
