Imagine u go to see a movie and the credits roll and after the legal info it just says “[DON’T tag as kin xx]
I would literally stand and applaud
[ID: a picture of the team rocket girl with the text “this is a post about how antikins have stolen the language that kinfolk use to coexist comfortably with one another and used it as a tool to exclude us from interacting with fanworks under the false & erroneous guise of creative theft. i made this post to make fun of you because you are a deeply unpleasant person. get well soon”]
Anyway creators who aren’t comfortable for any reason with people claiming their characters as kinhave every right to ask people not to do so.
Same goes for creators who feel uncomfortable with people worshipping or establishing religions centred around their creations.
I hate to break it to you OP but someone telling you not to reblog their fanart isn’t oppression.
Hello I'm Emi-San: Animation Connoisseur and I like to research, analyze, and dissect every bit of info Layton has to offer. I'm also the ultimate Last Specter fan, and I also do rants, reviews, feature Layton products, Japanese Layton games, and Azran Legacy is my favorite Layton game. I also will post LBX and Yokai Watch and Inazuma Eleven here and there. As i'm a huge fan of them. If you have any questions just answer in the ask-box or message me directly. Have Fun
