I bet the only reason Shadowside Whisper wears a suit is because Enma forced him to. Whisper was cool with floating around nude, but Enma was having none of it.
Actually it was Zazel/Nurarihyon’s idea cause Enma would be totally cool with naked Whisper. (maybe Enma wouldn’t mind being naked himself sometimes)
